Anthropic’s IPO Prospectus Reveals What’s Under the Hood

Anthropic filed paperwork for its initial public offering, revealing financial details and business risks. The company's revenue grew to over $16 billion, up from approximately $4.5 billion in 2025. The Claude maker highlighted its expanding enterprise business, with more than 11,900 customers spending at least $100,000, over 1,900 spending $1 million or more, and roughly 250 customers spending $10 million or more in the past year.

Unlike previous private disclosures, Anthropic's IPO prospectus offers the first public, detailed look into its finances through mid-2026, including specific enterprise customer spending tiers.
